You know how a lot of times, when people are homosexual, or bisexual, they are looked down upon by Christians? It makes me very angry how people get so mad about people being gay when they do things like smoke a cigarette, or dip or something like that (just as examples).
And it's even more wrong of us, because we use the Bible as an excuse to disagree with people who have feelings for the same gender. If us Christians are going to get really upset about people being gay, shouldn't we make a big deal about people smoking?

All sins are "equal in the eyes of the Lord"

A southern baptist once tried to explain it to me like this: Some sins are just easier to do than others.
Well no shit Sherlock.
People acting on what they want to do (having sex with someone of the same sex) is the same as acting on what they want to do (telling a lie, stealing, glutony).
It's just harder for some people to accept other people who are different than them.
But instead of being accepted with open arms, they're rejected. Is that going to help the Christian cause? No. It's not.
I'm not saying gay is okay; it's still a sin. But I am saying, Christians need to accept the fact that people aren't all exactly like them.
